I have a dillema concerning the proper way to translate this question with regards to the gender rules as well as the generic nature of the line in the english version. I have used the feminine version of „forgot” in this instance because it can be more inclusive to the person behind the screen, as the main community of SS14 is very LGBTQ+ friendly; Unless the thought is that the person should be adressed as a „user” (użytkownik) or „gamer” (gracz), which both are masculine and should dictate the gender of verbs addressed to this person. a month ago |
